                       1.  Well, many people don't know, the walking is the best against stress, not running! 
                2. Go and hang out with positive people, not with someone who you know he/she will telling you his/her's problems.
                3. Workout and drink more teas. 
                4. Write on note what you feel like in a diary. Just take off your feeling from your soul.
                5. Go sleep a few hours and go walk, workout, just go somewhere, where you think you will take off your negative energy.
                6. Do not be shy to go to psychologist to talk about you, because that will help you a lot.
                 7. Think about that why you are negative? Because some person told you something not so nice? You think you will not find a new job? If you are able, of course you will. Think positive, and do not sit .
                8. Stop thinking what everybody think about you! Because they are not better than you! 
                9. Learn to ignore! Because If you taking everything, people will know and they will torture you just because.
               10. Fight for yourself and do not let to some who is scared from someone, to torture you because he feel strong on you.
