Positive message
Well, all we do mistakes and feeling sorry about it... someone for ex-partner, someone at school with family, etc. But, the winner always get up and go on. Yes, all we have a period when we are crying and sitting all day in our room and we do not want to communicate with anyone around us... I have a few things to tell to you all...
1. Try to be cool.
2. Do not answer to the person who is calling you blah blah...
3. Do not think about, try to think something positive.
4. Stay strong and calm.
5. Stay busy. example: Go somewhere; hairstylist, shopping, decorate your room... etc.
About decorating room... well, my advice is change your room every 6 months. Because, that will make you happy and positive, keep you calm... always looking for something do to... Do not think about who, what, why says about you... DO what makes YOU happy, if you do not be around someone just don't...
Think about yourself and do what do you want to, of course not hurting others people's feelings.
If you want to stay at home to read a book- Do it! If you want to go at club- go & have fun! Just do what do you want.
