Advice
Sometimes we want to be "offline" to stop thinking about work, problems, blah blah things. Yes, I agree is hard to struggle with it, but try to calm with yoga, or fresh air, cell offline, and be you! Try to think that the stress use to destroy you. Why? Do not let them to be part of you. Just have on your mind calm person can make everything. just try to understand that. As a psychology student I have been listening a lot of people are taking so medication to calm down. Why?? Why you are not try without medication, believe in your self and love the life. I know many psychologist will give you medication and that it's. No, is not solution! At university we are learning you have to help to the people if they are nervous, or furious, every psychologist must to listen careful every person, who needs help and want to talk to somebody else. The psychologist need to make him/her calm down with words, some advice, to teach him/her to love the life, to leave the stress, because the stress is the worst human enemy. Not to give him/her a medication and bye bye! Unfortunately that is very often and many therapists are doing that. So, people try to understand that you must 'fight' for better life, no one will give it to you just like that. You need to earn money to support yourself, your family, your life. You need to 'fight' for your dream-life.
About the negative energy you use to control on this way: Think about that why would someone destroy your health, telling you something who's hurt your feeling. Of course he/she want it that, to hurting you. First start from this:
1.Do not understand everything so bad !
2. Learn to ignore that what you do not want to hear!
3. Learn to be all the time positive!
4. Learn to push away the negative energy from you. If some
person makes you sad and depressed just live it.
5. Do not answer to the haters!
And, you will see after this is the best solution anti-stress and negative energy! Try it!
